The Horticulture and Flower Show Committee organized a hands-on workshop demonstrating a style of flower arrangement, which combines potted, rooted plants with cut flowers. Pot et Fleur combines two or more potted plants growing in soil or other medium with cut flowers in the same container. Beverley Rowland demonstrated how this classic design can be composed using today's easy-care plants to bring a slice of nature indoors and create a long-lasting arrangement.
