Julia is originally from the United Kingdom and now lives in Powhatan, VA, which is west of Richmond. Julia is a Master Judge, holding Life and Master Certificate and a National Design Instructor. Julia has traveled extensively and her designs have received the highest rated honors.

Attendees will have the opportunity to enter and win Julia’s designs.
